Comment: Who cares if it's unconstitutional? All patriotic Americans who respect the rule of law and believe the Constitution must be followed as the law of the land. If there are those in positions of power who believe they can pick and choose what laws to abide by, then anarchy prevails and our Constitution is meaningless. Sadly, the thinking of many politicians is in accord with that of Ms. Payne. For example, all those who believe the U.S. Constitution is a living, evolving document.

Comment: Wow, that's pretty serious. In just one month, more people lose their jobs in the U.S. than there are people living in the U.S.! You'll remember Ms. Pelosi is the one who said, "We have to pass the (Obamacare) bill so you can find out what is in it." How in heaven's name did she become elected to the House of Representatives, and then become Speaker? Oh, that's right, she's a Democrat, representing the 8th Congressional District of California, which consists of four-fifths of the City and County of San Francisco.
If a Republican had said such silliness, he or she would be laughed out the door. And properly so! We shouldn't allow buffoons to run around Congress!

Nancy Pelosi

Quote
"Civilization as we know it today would be in jeopardy if the Republicans win the Senate."

Comment: I'm sorry, but Ms. Pelosi seems to me to be an absolute crackpot. Her election and re-election speak a lot about the voters of her district.

Nancy Pelosi

Quote
[Answering the question: "Is an unborn baby with a human heart and a human liver a human being?"]
"Why don't you take your ideological questions -- I don't, I don't have -- . . . No, listen, I want to say something to you. I don't know who you are and you're welcome to be here, freedom of this press. I am a devout, practicing Catholic, a mother of five children. . . . I think I know more about this than you, with all due respect. And I don't intend to respond to your questions, which have no basis in what public policy is, that we do here."

During comments at a press conference broadcast on C-SPAN, responding to Sam Dorman, who works for the Media Research Center's news division, CNSNews.com.

Comment: I realize that's a really hard question for Ms. Pelosi. It's not a hard questions for most people to answer, but for Ms. Pelosi, of course it is. Goodness, she can't label an unborn human being a human being, 'cause that would anger a whole bunch of people who want to kill unborn human beings. Then, to make the situation even more bizarre, Ms. Pelosi goes on to say, "I am a devout, practicing Catholic . . ." Ms. Pelosi has the unique ability to say so many stupid things in so few words.

Nancy Pelosi

Quote
"If this [plan, President Trump's massive tax-reduction plan] goes through, kiss life on earth goodbye. The debate on health care is like death. This is Armageddon."

Comment: This statement should prove once and for all that Ms Pelosi's comments should never be believed. Nor even listened to. She has established herself as uninformed, unreliable, and totally out of control.

Nancy Pelosi

Quote
"So, good for him [President Trump] for having a distraction [achieving historic Middle East peace agreements] on a day when the numbers of people who are affected and the numbers of people who are dying from this virus only increases."

Speaking with CNN's Wolf Blitzer September 11, 2020.

Comment: "Distraction?" Many wise people call it truly historic and worthy of a Nobel Peace Prize! It would seem Ms Double-Freezer Pelosi has no interest whatsoever in peace in the Middle East. Actually, she would prefer no peace agreement at all, so Donald Trump wouldn't get any credit for it. That's quite remarkable. Politics favoring Ms Pelosi are more important to her than peace in the world. She is just the kind of person who should not be in politics.

Mark Potok

Spokesman and director of publications and information for the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) in Montgomery, Alabama.
Quote
"Hate groups topped 1,000 for the first time since the Southern Poverty Law Center began counting such groups in the 1980s. But by far the most dramatic growth came in the antigovernment 'Patriot' movement -- conspiracy-minded organizations that see the federal government as their primary enemy -- which gained more than 300 new groups, a jump of over 60 percent. Taken together, these three strands of the radical right -- the hatemongers, the nativists and the antigovernment zealots -- increased from 1,753 groups in 2009 to 2,145 in 2010, a 22-percent rise."

Writing in the Spring 2011 issue of the SPLC's quarterly magazine Intelligence Report, in an article titled "The Year in Hate & Extremism."

Comment: Joseph Farah, WorldNetDaily founder and CEO says, "How strange it is in a land founded through the courage and convictions of patriots 230 years ago that the word 'patriot' can now be used as an epithet by people like the SPLC. What does this say about them? And what does it say when the worst thing conspiracy mongers like SPLC can find to say about you is that you are 'conspiracy minded'? The federal government has indeed become a primary enemy of freedom because it has abrogated the rule of law and shredded the Constitution. This is not a hateful thing to say. It's a loving and truthful message -- if you believe in liberty and restoring America to its promise. I know SPLC does not fit into that category. It seeks only to divide Americans over race, class and religion -- for profit, by the way."

Comment: Such a comment reflects fundamental liberalism, but Powell claims he's a Republican. A label, however, doesn't change a vessel's contents. Powell makes liberal remarks because deep down inside he's a dyed-in-the-wool liberal.

Comment: "What are you going to do about it, Secret Service?" he said. Well, the following day he was arrested by the Miami Beach police after he left a Washington Avenue Subway sandwich shop. He was charged with threatening President-elect Donald Trump. I guess we now know exactly what the Secret Service did about that. Mr. Puopolo appeared the next day in court, where his defense attorney told Miami-Dade County Judge Mindy Glazer that his client is mentally ill and also goes by the name Jesus Christ. Glazer ordered a mental evaluation for Puopolo. If he is deemed competent, his bond will be set at $1 million.

Comment: For someone using the printed word as his means of livelihood, Mr. Pyke needs a lesson in English. "I hope Roger Ailes dies slow, painful, and soon." is obviously incorrect. Proper English would be: "I hope Roger Ailes dies slowly, painfully, and soon." I guess Mr. Pyke in his rage of hate and vitriol forgot that adverbs modify verbs. If you are going to wish death to someone you disagree with, you at least ought to do so with the proper use of the language.
