GOVERNMENT RUN AMUCK
April - June 2002

When government, which our Founding Fathers envisioned as protector of individual freedom, turns against the citizens with unjust laws, unjust treatment, and other unjust actions, it has truly run amuck.
But America's government is not alone when it comes to running amuck.

"We are . . . experiencing a shaken baby syndrome (SBS) witch hunt in this country. Violet Harris has looked into six different SBS cases in and around Boise, Idaho and found out that in each case, both malnutrition and vaccines were involved. All parties claim innocence. The prosecutors in all cases refuse to look at the vaccine connection -- and the victims, the alleged 'shakers', are being locked up in our state's prisons. . . . The truth is that vaccines can cause sudden infant death; vaccines can cause learning disabilities; vaccines can cause the infections that lead to the development of chronic diseases. We cannot even begin to describe the extent of what is happening with regard to public health policies mandating 'medical experimentation' via vaccinations. . . . Shall we continue to allow governments to inject animal pus, mercury, aluminum, formaldehyde and live and dead viruses directly into our children as a mandated method of disease prevention? To say 'yes' is to ignore hundreds of years of vaccination failures and ignore the cause and effect relationship of mass vaccination to epidemic diseases and learning disabilities."

"The long-awaited appeal of Alan Yurko was filed March 22, 2002. Yurko was sentenced by a Florida judge to serve life plus 10 years in prison for shaking his baby to death. The evidence shows that Yurko's conviction was actually a cover for medical malpractice. Baby Alan was born premature and sickly after an extremely difficult pregnancy. Though Baby Alan was contraindicated for vaccines due to his many medical complications, his pediatrician gave him six vaccinations all at once at age two months. Two weeks later Baby Alan died after Yurko had rushed him to the hospital. Yurko was then arrested and railroaded into prison for the murder of his son. . . After all, why would anyone spend money for influence, access, favors and tribute if the only thing that politicians do is to live up to their oaths to uphold and defend the Constitution? But, I'm afraid, most Americans want congressmen to do something else -- to violate the Constitution in order to make it possible for them to live at the expense of others.'"

"The community . . . called the '8.5 Square Mile Area' . . . along the eastern edge of the Everglades National Park . . . has been granted flood protection by Congress on three separate occasions, but because of radical environmentalists [the] community has been flooded unmercifully since 1994 in an effort to force people to become 'willing sellers.' In the process of flooding us, the government agencies involved in 'restoring' the Everglades have managed to flood the entire Miami-Dade County area twice in a one-year period. So far there has been at least $1 billion in flood-related losses and 14 flood-related deaths throughout the urban and agricultural areas of the county. The agricultural community in the southern part of the county is literally on its knees."
