"It is now known that the Sudan government first approached U.S. officials in 1995 with information on Osama bin Laden's operations in the Sudan, but the offer was rebuffed by President Clinton's Secretary of State Madelyn Albright. Then in 1996, the Sudanese government had arrested two bin Laden operatives who were thought to be responsible for the American Embassy bombings in Tanzania and Kenya. FBI Director Louis Freeh wanted them extradited, but Maddy Albright again nixed the deal. As a matter of fact, at a secretive meeting in 1996, the Sudanese government offered to take bin Laden into custody and turn him over to Washington for trial as a terrorist -- but the Clinton administration refused this offer. Instead, they simply asked the Sudanese government to deport bin Laden."

"In 1995, pursuant to the first round of 'anti-terrorism' legislation aka HR1701, the FBI was given a special $300 million grant to track down terrorist assets worldwide. After a five-year search and an expenditure of $300 million of American taxpayers' money, they managed to find one bank account belonging to the Hamas terrorist group. It was in a savings bank in New Jersey, and it had $17,000 in it. . . . [Recently, an] account was seized in California. Upon further investigation, it turned out that the account with $346 in it was in fact the coffee and donut fund for the local Arab-American Chamber of Commerce."

"In the midst of a recession and a war fought both in Central Asia and at home, Americans worried about our security and our economy can rest assured that Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle (D.-S.D.) is hard at work tinkering with railroad retirement law. . . Daschle's priorities are: >> A bill governing retirement plans for rail workers was put up for a vote, while the energy bill demanded by President Bush, and passed by the House August 2, sits dormant. >> The law authorizing billions in federal farm subsidies doesn't expire until next year, but Daschle has made sure it gets priority this year over an economic stimulus package. >> While the Environmental Protection Agency labors to clean anthrax from his Hart Building office, Daschle is refusing to move a bioterrorism bill. >> Finally, two human beings have been cloned and allowed to die by a Massachusetts company, and new human clones may be created any day, because Dischle will not allow a vote on the Senate version of the human cloning ban, supported by President Bush, that passed the House by a large majority in July."

"With a submissive stroke of President Bush's pen, nearly 30,000 airport screeners gained lifetime public employment . . . President Bush wanted a more limited government role, but he immediately gave in to Democrats' insistence on mass federalization of the entire airport security workforce. In addition to his gargantuan government gobble-up, the law also creates a new agency under the U.S. Transportation Department, headed by a new undersecretary for airport security. When fully staffed, the agency payroll could top 45,000 -- making it larger than the state Department, Commerce Department or the entire federal court system. The law also mandates a new 'enplanement' tax of $2.50 every time a passenger boards a flight. Do you feel safer now?"

"One of Ronald Reagan's very first executive orders, EO 12291, required cost-benefit analysis for new government regulations. Clinton repealed it. Reagan's EO 12612 urged bureaucrats to exercise restraint in taking action that would result in federal preemption of state laws. This, too, was revoked by Clinton, as was EO 12606, concerning laws or regulations interfering with the traditional family. A Clinton EO also struck down a 1988 Reagan presidential order stressing the constitutional guarantee against uncompensated taking of private property. Another struck down a 1991 Bush EO about unclear rules that led to costly and unnecessary lawsuits."

"The World court has become increasingly aggressive in faulting US courts in death penalty cases over the past few years. But, it has never claimed that the US violated its direct orders -- until now. . . [T]he International Court of Justice said the state of Arizona violated a World Court injunction by executing a German national in defiance of its wishes, and insisted in its most explicit language that ICJ orders are binding on US and other national courts." "The investigation committee [led by former Oklahoma State Senator Charles Key] uncovered the truth. The truth is that the federal government and its federal courts did everything in their power to apply justice to a story [regarding the Oklahoma City bombing April 19, 1995], apparently of their own fabrication -- a story that is inconsistent with facts, evidence and eyewitnesses." "As the truth leaks out about how the U.S. government ignored ample evidence that insane immigration policies might lead to disaster, more and more bad guys are turning up in white hats. Wearing Old Glory pins in their lapels and giving pious speeches from behind podiums flanked by dozens of American flags, are your congressional representatives. In their red, white and blue ties, these folks have been lying to us for years. The sorry truth is that these elected officials, elected to safeguard our future, have sold us out for multiculturalism. This week, a sanctimonious Congressional group traveled to lower Manhattan to take in the horror of it all. That is the ultimate insult. If I lost a loved one at the World Trade Center and saw these pompous fools at their gravesite, I would be livid. Congress continuously slammed the door in the face of anyone who advocated changes. A provision of the 1996 immigration reform legislation which would have allowed the INS to monitor foreign students, was pushed back to September 30. School administrators complained that tracking 'would be burdensome and intrude on the students' rights!' Congress caved. The price for a five-year political correctness delay is 6,000 plus lives."

"Below (in broad layman terms) are just a few of our immigration laws which our federal government has refused to enforce and [consequently has] enabled the terrorists to use to their advantage: 1) Immediate deportation to country of origin of all those confirmed to be in the U.S. illegally. 2) Fine or imprisonment (or both) of any employer who hires an illegal alien. 3) Fine or imprisonment (or both) of any property owner who rents or leases a shelter to an illegal alien (room, apartment, house). 4) Criminal background and health check of all immigrants. 5) Visa tracking insuring all visa recipients comply with defined time frame and stipulations."
