 "Southern California Edison (SCE), one of the electric power companies facing bankruptcy before the rate hike the last week of March, was told in a 1982 meeting between SCE and the Sierra Club that the environmental organization had no intention of finding a solution to California's energy needs. Just the opposite. They were implementing the no-growth, one-world, collectivist agenda of the Club of Rome. Their intention was to shut California and the nation down. In other words, the reason for the California energy crisis has been well known for nearly twenty years! The Federal Reserve, thinking that Americans would withdraw a tremendous amount of cash to protect themselves against computer crashes, added excess liquidity during 1999. But Americans did not hoard cash. Consequently, the liquidity found its way into stock prices."With the smooth transition to the year 2000, the Fed realized that it had made a policy mistake by pumping up the monetary base to inflationary levels. Reacting to its own prior miscalculation, the Fed withdrew the excess liquidity. The result was higher interest rates and lower stock prices. "When the Fed takes money out of the economy, it depresses economic activity, just as adding money can put a head of steam on a boom. "For the past fifty years the public school system has had an utter inability to distinguish between what is important and what is unimportant. This is promoted as a 'failure,' but the evidence shows that it is not an accident. The universities tell us that what students bring to their higher education, in passions, curiosities, longings, and especially previous experience, has changed, because their elementary and secondary education has changed. Almost every student entering the university believes, or says that he believes, that truth is relative. If this belief is put to the test one can count on the student's reaction: he will be uncomprehending. The danger he has been taught to fear from absolutism (certainty; exactness) is not error, but intolerance. Relativism ('one idea is as good as another') is necessary to openness, and openness is the only essence which all primary education for more than fifty years has dedicated itself to inculcating."Students of relativism, of course, cannot defend their opinions when they have been indoctrinated with it. "No public conversation in America is more polluted by mendacity and hypocrisy than that on race. A once noble Civil Rights movement has become a Civil Rights Industry that functions as an arm of the Democratic Party and the social services and educational bureaucracies. 'Liberal racism' and its policies such as affirmative action have institutionalized the idea of black inferiority, reducing African-Americans to petulant children chronically indulged and obsessed over, deformed as they presumably are by slavery and Jim Crow through some Lamarckian process of inherited characteristics. Worse, the dream of the Civil Rights movement -- enshrined in Martin Luther King's oft-quoted but everywhere ignored wish that his children be 'judged by the content of their character, not by the color of their skin' -- has disappeared. Black people are relentlessly judged and identified on the basis of race by well-meaning whites who see, not complex individuals, but what Thomas Sowell has called 'mascots,' symbols of white guilt and superior sensitivity."Unfortunately, as [John H.] McWhorter writes [in his book, Losing the Race, Self-Sabotage in Black America], today 'black is Victimology, and this is a grave detour from the path to the mountaintop. Condemned by Victimology to wink and let failure pass, to choke in performance, and recreate racism where was receding, we will never savor . . . freedom.' "The President of the United States is responsible for purely military duties after being called into service by Congress. He has nothing to say about the declaration of war or its purposes and intent. That power belongs exclusively to the House and Senate, as was so forcefully stated by Henry Clay."The title of commander in chief is a temporary title conferred by Congress, which only lasts until the military objectives are reached or the war ends, at which time the title is taken back by the Congress and that is the end of it. The President of the United States does not retain the title of commander in chief indefinitely. "Only Congress can confer the title upon the President when it calls him into actual service, and this can only be done after a Constitutional Declaration of War. A Declaration of War is a deliberately complicated procedure. It is a secretive procedure designed to curb hotheaded presidents from rushing the U.S. into a war. "The IRS is not who you think they are. IRS agents are neither trained nor paid by the United States Government."Pursuant to Treasury Delegation Order No. 92, the IRS is trained under the direction of the Division of Human Resources United Nations (U.N.) and the Commissioner (International), by the office of Personnel Management. "In the 1979 edition of 22 USCA 278, 'The United Nations,' you will find Executive Order 10422. The Office of Personnel Management is under the direction of the Secretary of the United Nations. "Pursuant to Treasury Delegation Order No. 91, the IRS entered into a 'Service Agreement' with the US Treasury Department (See Public Law 94-564, Legislative History, pg. 5967, Reorganization [BANKRUPTCY!] Plan No. 26) and the Agency for International Development. This agency is an international paramilitary operation and according to the Department of the Army Field manual (1969) 41-10, pgs 1-4, Sec. 1-7 (b) & 1-6, Sec. 1-10 (7) (c) (1), and 22 USCA 284, includes such activities as, 'Assumption of full or partial executive, legislative, and judicial authority over a country or area.' "The IRS is also an agency/member of a 169 nation pact called the International Criminal Police Organization, or INTERPOL, found at 22 USCA 263a. The memorandum of Understanding, (MOU), between the Secretary of Treasury, AKA the corporate governor of 'The Fund' and 'The Bank' (International Monetary Fund, and the International Bank for reconstruction and Development), indicated that the Attorney General and its associates are soliciting and collecting information for foreign principals; the international organizations, corporations, and associations, exemplified by 22 USCA 286f. "According to the 1994 US Government Manual, at page 390, the Attorney General is the permanent representative to INTERPOL, and the Secretary of Treasury is the alternate member. Under Article 30 of the INTERPOL constitution, these individuals must expatriate their citizenship. They serve no allegiance to the United States of America. The IRS is paid by 'The Fund' and 'The Bank.' "Thus it appears from the documentary evidence that the Internal Revenue Service agents are 'Agents of a Foreign Principle' within the meaning and intent of the 'Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938' for private, not public, gain. "The IRS is directed and controlled by the corporate Governor of 'The Fund' and 'The Bank'. The Federal Reserve Bank and the IRS collection agency are both privately owned and operated under private statutes. The IRS operates under public policy, not Constitutional Law, and in the interest of our nation's foreign creditors. "The Constitution only permits Congress to lay and collect taxes. It does not authorize Congress to delegate the tax collection power to a private corporation, which collects our taxes for a private bank, the Federal Reserve, who then deposits it into the Treasury of the IMF. "Consequently, Sustainable development calls for changing the very infrastructure of the nation, away from private ownership and control of property to nothing short of national zoning. Using the guidelines of Sustainable Development, suburban housing, air conditioning, high meat consumption, frozen and convenience foods, use of fossil foods and kitchen appliances are not sustainable. "Sustainable Development programs are even used in the creation of national education standards and high school graduation criteria. It establishes partnerships among federal, regional, state, local and tribal levels of government -- and with business. These programs oversee development of private property, housing design, transportation patterns and the establishment of government data banks. "It is the slow leeching of the dollar's value through the operations of the Federal Reserve that explains why the dollar in a baby boomer's pocket is worth but the nickel in his grandfather's purse. This means that on top of all the taxes -- income, usage, death, import, excise and licenses and fees -- that three generations of Americans have paid, they have been assessed an additional 95 percent which the silent, unfelt hand of currency debasement collected from them -- thanks to the Fed.""The Federal Reserve System pumps money out before a presidential election (beginning usually 18 months before the polling date) to create a happy Wall Street carnival that is most usually blown away by inflationary winds at some point in the newly elected president's four-year term. Auburn University's Roger Garrison explains the process, citing three recent examples: 'In 1975 President Ford was told the time had come to start printing money to create the optimal conditions for his reelection, but Ford refused, since he was already presiding over a reasonably satisfactory economy and failed to perceive his own reelection as a cause for inflating the money supply. President Carter, who was elected in lieu of Ford's error, hit the ground printing money. His mistake was that he started the game too early, so that two and a half years later, about the time he should have started printing, we had double-digit inflation. . . He got the cycle so out of whack that the time span normal between stimulation and discipline became so brief that the cycle collapses upon itself. The next president to screw up the cycle was George Bush, who thought with the tremendous approval ratings he'd garnered after the Gulf War in 1991, there was no need for him to pay the game. By the time he brought in James Baker, who knew the game well, it was too late, and the stimulation occurred under Clinton in late January 1993.' And what did these three men have in common? 'They all lost,' Professor Garrison notes." Turn to page 651. Here you will find Public Law 87-297 which calls for the United States to eliminate its armed forces. This law was signed for the United States in 1961. John F. Kennedy signed it and every president since has worked to enact its provisions. The government knows you will not approve which is why they want to take away your firearms. . . . "Turn to page 652. Here you will find the definition of what the government means by 'disarmament.' The disarmament calls for the elimination of our armed forces. It also calls for the elimination of weapons of all kinds. . . . "Turn to page 654. Here you will find it stated as item (a) 'Control, reduction and elimination of armed forces...' and as Item (d) ' ...Elimination of armed forces....' What you need to know is that your armed forces are being eliminated and relinquished from national control which, in turn, wipes out our sovereignty as a nation. In two stages, we will have no more army, no more navy, no more air force. In the third stage, we shall have a 'zero' military. Before Stage I closes, all citizen-owned guns are to be banned. . . . "Public Law 87-297 is further explained in the State Department Document called Publication 7277. Your librarian can also furnish you a copy. Also ask the librarian to get you a copy of 'The Blue Print for the Peace Race.' It is a 35-page booklet printed by the United States Arms Control and Disarmament Agency as Publication No. 4 - General Series 3 - Released May of 1962. Publication No. 4 is the unabridged version of State Department Document 7277. "Both of these booklets explain how our military is to be reduced to 2.1 million men. China and the Soviets are to be reduced to that level also. At this point, we are at Stage I at which time we are to transfer (on a permanent basis) one-half of our armed forces to be merged with the Russian and Chinese armies. In Stage II, the remaining one-half of our armed forces is then turned over to this same Security Council of the United Nations. The person in charge of the merged armies must, by agreement, always be a Russian. The world's smaller nations turn 100% of their armies over to the same under-secretary of the Security Council in Stage II. President George Bush and Admiral Wm. J. Crowe [have referred] to this process as being 'in transition.' "Turn to page 655. On this page in Volume 9 of the United States Code, read 'Policy Formation.' The directives there (written in 1963 to pacify objectors) are supposedly to restrain anyone from disarmament, reducing or limiting our armaments, or taking guns away from the people unless it is pursuant to the treaty-making power of the president, or if it is authorized by further legislation by the Congress. (This is title 22, Section 2573.) "Every couple of years the House of Representatives votes to appropriate funds for this on-going program. Since P.L. 87-297 was first passed into law in 961, there have been 18 updates to it - all bad - with no deletions of these issues I lay before you now. The Congress knows that the plan includes the policing of the United States by foreign troops. (The world army they are forming in Europe.) The Congress is allowing our military bases to be closed down, except for those that will be used by the world army. You will find that plan in Publication 7277 and in 'The Blueprint for the Peace Race.' "If the president and Congress can promote a 'Constitutional Convention' you will find yourself with two new constitutions (communist in structure) which in one states in Article VIII, Section 12: 'No person shall bear arms or possess lethal weapons except the police and members of the armed forces....' "The Congress has praised these documents and is on record in Senate hearings seeking ways to install these constitutions. Ask your librarian for 'Revision of the United Nations Charter - Hearings Before a Subcommittee (Foreign Relations) Feb. 2-20, 1950 U.S.Government Printing Office.' Nothing has changed since. They are still viable. The ultimate goal to be reached in Stage III of the disarmament process is to 'proceed to a point where no state [nation] would have the military power to challenge the progressively strengthened U.N. Peace Force....'" It is merely criminal profiling, a purely mental exercise of logic to arrive at a usable hypothesis that includes race as a factor -- a process in which a policemen used his experience and knowledge to judge whether or not to be suspicious. To forbid it is to create a thought crime. The roots of the new thought crime lie in the widely-approved laws against 'racial discrimination,' whereby a person's thoughts, not his acts, constitute the crime. Under anti-discrimination laws, for example, refusal to rent to someone is no offense. It is only illegal if the thought behind the act is based on race. Thus, racial discrimination is democracy's first thought crime. "In July of 1998, 120 nations met in Rome and voted to endorse an International Criminal Court [ICC]. According to its own terms, when the treaty is ratified by 60 nations, it will be capable of exerting universal jurisdiction over every human being on the planet. "Once created, the international court will give the U.N. the mechanism it needs to enforce its global 'laws' against American citizens. The International Criminal Court will consider itself to be formally and officially established after only 60 of the world's 161 countries ratify the Rome Statute of the ICC. As of today, 27 countries have ratified the treaty. The ICC needs just 33 more ratifying countries, from among the 112 which have signed but not yet ratified, to claim jurisdiction over all 161 countries and their citizens. "As a result, the Federal Government created Federal 'States' which are exactly like the Sovereign States, occupy the same territory and boundaries, but whose names are capitalized versions of the Sovereign States. (Remember that Proper Names and Proper Nouns in the English language have only the first letter Capitalized.) For example, the Federal 'State' of ILLINOIS is overlaid upon the Sovereign State of Illinois. Further, it is designated by the Federal abbreviation ['IL']. So too is Arizona designated 'AZ' instead of the lawful abbreviation of 'Ariz.', 'CA' instead of 'Calif.', etc. If you use a two-letter CAPITALIZED abbreviation, you are declaring that the location is under the jurisdiction of the 'federal' government and that . . . every area is a 'Federal Area' . . . . "Thus, the question comes up, what is a 'Federal area?' A 'Federal area' is any area designated by any agency, department, or establishment of the federal government. This includes the Social Security areas designated by the Social Security Administration, any public housing area that has federal funding, a home that has a federal bank loan, a road that has federal funding, and almost everything that the federal government touches [with] any type of aid. . . . "This 'Federal area' [designation] attaches to anyone who has a social security number or any personal contact with the federal or state governments. Thus, the federal government has usurped Sovereignty of the People and state Sovereignty by creating these federal areas within the boundaries of the states under the authority of the Federal Constitution, Article IV, Section 3, Clause 2 . . . . "In the original Constitution, people were not American citizens per se but were instead citizens of their respective states. The Constitution stipulated that each state would grant to the citizens of other states the rights and privileges it granted to its own. It's difficult to understand the War Between the States without understanding the loyalty Americans -- North and South -- felt for their respective states."But what is relevant for us today is that the people in the American Republic (1787-1860) understand that the powers of the federal government were strictly limited to those spelled out in the Constitution and that the Constitution would be interpreted literally and narrowly. And, most important, that the states themselves would be the final judge of the federal government's actions.
