Stanislav Lunev, the Russian Colonel confirmed that the Russian war manual calls for detonating a series of prepositioned "suitcase nuclear bombs at strategic locations" in the U.S. "Since the start of the bombing of Kosovo, Russia has begun to seriously mobilize for war -- far in excess of what is necessary to put down Chechnya. It has created military alliances with China and Korea, who are also experiencing severe political and economic problems, and who are also mobilizing for war. . . Every evidence points to war with the West." "Rafael Rodriguez, the mayor of El Cenizo, Texas, has refused to back down from his policy of official Spanish which ignited national controversy last summer. Rodriguez, a former illegal alien who obtained citizenship through amnesty, approved ordinances making Spanish the city's official language for business and declaring El Cenizo a 'safe haven' for illegal aliens. The latter ordinance calls for the firing of any city employee who helps immigration authorities apprehend illegals. . . . "In 1996, Congress outlawed safe-havens as part of the immigration legislation it passed that year. . . So far, El Cenizo's safe-haven law has faced no legal challenge." The doctor came back and said,’Got you some good specimens -- twins.’ I looked at him and said: ‘There’s something wrong here. They are moving. I can’t do this. This is not in my contract.’ I told him I would not be part of taking their lives. So he took a bottle of sterile water and poured it in the pan until the fluid came up over their mouths and noses, letting them drown. I left the room because I could not watch this." But she returned to the room later to dissect the little bodies. However, the tale of the twins was not an isolated occurrence. "It happened again and again," the technician said. "At 16 weeks, all the way up to sometimes even 30 weeks, we had live births come back to us. Then the doctor would either break the neck or take a pair of tongs and beat the fetus until it was dead." Were abortion procedures altered to provide specific body parts? "Yes. Before the procedures they would want to see the list of what we wanted to procure. The [abortionist] would get us the most complete, intact specimens that he could. They would be delivered to us completely intact. Sometimes the fetus appeared to be dead, but when we opened up the chest cavity, the heart was still beating." "It undoubtedly will come as a shock to most Americans to learn that the latest Clinton administration and UN schemes for individual and national disarmament are part of an unfolding treasonous program that was formally launched by U.S. officials almost 40 years ago. The program was unveiled at the UN on September 25, 1961 by President John F. Kennedy. Entitled Freedom From War: The United States Program for General and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World, this document is one of the most revolutionary and subversive proposals ever put forward by any government official. . . [It] is a proposal for the complete surrender of U.S. armed forces to the United Nations. It calls for a three-stage disarmament process leading to the transfer of all national military forces -- including those of the United States -- to the United Nations, and the establishment of a UN Peace Force as the unchallengeable global military power. [The document] states: In Stage III progressive controlled disarmament . . . would proceed to a point where no state would have the military power to challenge the progressively strengthened U.N. Peace Force. . . . "[This program] puts the U.S. government on record in support of a plan to make all nations subservient to the UN; and that 'all armaments' not controlled by the UN would be destroyed, leaving the UN as the virtual global dictator. . . . "Official responsibility for developing and initiating the disarmament program outlined in Freedom From War goes to President Kennedy and his Secretaries of State (Dean Rusk) and Defense (Robert S. McNamara). . . ." When President Jimmy Carter tried in March 1978 to get support for his Panama Canal Neutrality Treaty, which would transfer canal ownership from the US to Panama, the Senate objected because it contained no language to protect American defense interests. To solve the problem Carter asked Arizona Senator Dennis DeConcini to write a section for the treaty to "fix" the problem. DeConcini agreed and wrote what became known as the "DeConcini Reservation," strong language protecting American military interests. However, when Panama dictator Omar Torrijos saw the DeConcini Reservation, he refused to sign the treaty, so Carter asked Torrijos to write his own section for the treaty, and the dictator did just that, providing language that in effect completely nullified DeConcini's language. So what did Carter do with this conundrum? Something very clever. He allowed the Senate to ratify its version of the treaty with the DeConcini Reservation and without Torrijos' changes. Then he allowed Torrijos to sign another version with Torrijos' verbiage but without the DeConcini Reservation. Thus, the two parties signed different treaties! And there's one more little technicality: Panamanian law demands that the President of Panama sign all international agreements. It just so happens that Torrijos was not the president. As a result, according to international law, and the US Constitution, and the Panamanian Constitution, the Panama Canal Neutrality Treaty is completely illegal! [I have some questions: Why is this atrocity allowed? Why is a vital American military resource being given away? Why are we tolerating Chinese control (26 to 50-year leases) of the ports on both ends of the canal? Why are we not concerned that interests associated with the Chinese military now have the contract to provide the navigation pilots for all ships passing through the canal? And by the way, did you know the transfer date for relinquishing this vital American possession (33% of the world's economy passes through the canal; 15% of all US trade, plus 200 US Navy ships annually) to our potential enemies has been moved up to December 14th? The reason? The time specified in the Treaty, December 31st at the stroke of Y2K, is potentially too dangerous.] The reach and treachery of the United Nations is vividly demonstrated in an article in the fall 1999 issue of eco-logic, page 4. Here's the introduction to the two-page article: "In less than a year, the United Nations will convene a special Millennium Assembly as a global summit on the future of the world. This event will crown a decade of preparation to launch the new millennium on a new system of global governance. The blueprint was published by the Commission on Global Governance in 1995. Now, a Charter to achieve global governance has been developed for presentation at the Millennium Assembly next September. It will be published publicly on UN day, October 24th. "It is called The Charter for Global Democracy. It has already been signed by influential leaders in 56 nations, and has the support of civil society non-government organizations around the world. The document is, in reality, a Charter for the abolition of individual freedom. The October issue of Internet Vortex contains some absolutely amazing statements about Bill Clinton: Winthrop Rockefeller. . .was the first Republican to win the governorship [of Arkansas] since Reconstruction, and he did so by spending his wealth and running against the one-party machine that later elected Bill Clinton. . . . [W]hile governor, Winthrop had survived no less than three assassination attempts. All were attempts made by sabotage on his private jet. . . . On one trip from Little Rock, the pilot announced, "Governor, it looks like the landing gear won't stay down. . . We are going to have to make a controlled crash." [[However,] one of the troopers came up with the bright idea of using the plane's fire ax to break through the floor to examine the landing gear. . . . They discovered the plane had been sabotaged. Metal rods had been placed in the landing mechanism, so when the gear had retracted upon takeoff, the metal braces needed to keep the tires down had also broken. . . . Plane crashes were a favorite method of assassination with the Dixie Mafia, [according to a member of the Rockefeller family]. He added that it was the "perfect cover for murder" because most of the evidence is destroyed or mutilated in a crash.
