Louis Farrakhan

Born Louis Eugene Walcott (May 11, 1933), he is the National Representative of the Nation of Islam.
Quote
"The Earth can't take 6.5 billion people. We just can't feed that many. So what are you going to do? Kill as many as you can. We have to develop a science that kills them and makes it look as though they died from some disease."

Said October 18, 2009 in Memphis, Tennessee during an event to observe the Nation of Islam's Holy Day of Atonement, an event that also marked the 14th anniversary of the Million Man March in Washington, DC.

Comment: At the age of six, Farrakhan was given his first violin and by the age of thirteen, he had played with the Boston College Orchestra and the Boston Civic Symphony. A year later, he went on to win national competitions, and was one of the first black performers to appear on Ted Mack's Original Amateur Hour, where he also won an award. In 1945, while headlining a show in Chicago entitled "Calypso Follies," he first came in contact with the teachings of the Nation of Islam. A friend from Boston, sometime saxophonist Rodney Smith, introduced him to the NOI's doctrine and he attended the annual Saviours' Day address by Elijah Muhammad. He joined the Nation of Islam in July 1955. (Source.)

Louis Farrakhan

Quote
"It's the wicked Jews the false Jews that are promoting lesbianism, homosexuality. It's wicked Jews, false Jews that make it a crime for you to preach the word of God, then they call you homophobic! [. . .] And the Christian right, with your blindness to that wicked state of Israel [. . .] can that be the holy land? And you have gay parades, and want to permit to have a gay parade in Jerusalem when no prophet ever sanctioned that behavior. [. . .] How can that be Jerusalem with secular people running the holy land, when it should be the holy people running the holy land. That land is gonna be cleansed with blood!"

As stated in Louis Farrakhan's Saviours' Day Speech, February 26, 2006:

Comment: In his March 1, 2010 Savior's Day Speech, Farrakhan said, "The white right is trying to set Barack up to be assassinated. [. . .] There are Christians praying for God to kill Obama." You may have missed those remarks, as the mainstream media chooses not tell you about them.

Farrakhan repeated his claims that 9/11 attack was "an inside thing." He stated that in 1985 he was given the ability to predict the future on a wheel-shaped spaceship with technology "1 million years ahead" of America's. It was a claim he has made in the past. (Source.)

Thomas Friedman

Award-winning journalist, columnist and author, he is an op-ed contributor to The New York Times, and his columns appear twice weekly, usually on the subject of foreign affairs.
Quote
"Yup, I gotta confess, that now-famous picture of a U.S. marshal in Miami pointing an automatic weapon toward Donato Dalrymple and ordering him in the name of the U.S. government to turn over Elian Gonzalez warmed my heart."

In a column titled, "Reno for President," that appeared shortly after Attorney General Janet Reno gave the go-ahead for the raid in Elian's relatives' home in Miami.

Comment: Many Americans acted not with delight, but horror, over the incident. Heavily-armed personnel breaking into a home and physically extracting a child from the safekeeping of his relatives was unsettling. To say the least.

Sam Fulwood

One of the inaugural Presidential Fellows at Case Western Reserve University, he writes about national politics, race relations, and pop culture.
Quote
"Barack Hussein Obama is the nation's first hip President . . . [W]atch him walk. Listen to him talk. See the body language, the expressions, the clothes. He's got attitude, rhythm [. . .] Pure and simple, it's hip. [. . .] [Michelle Obama] is so obviously cool -- setting trends (Sleeveless! Tending her own garden!), confidently mingling with superstars, gracing magazine covers coast to coast."

Comment: Isn't it nice to know we have a "cool" President. But what if his policies are destroying the economy and turning the U.S. into a failed, socialist country? Doesn't matter, dude; he's "cool."
