Comment: Who cares if it's unconstitutional? All patriotic Americans who respect the rule of law and believe the Constitution must be followed as the law of the land. If there are those in positions of power who believe they can pick and choose what laws to abide by, then anarchy prevails and our Constitution is meaningless. Sadly, the thinking of many politicians is in accord with that of Ms. Payne. For example, all those who believe the U.S. Constitution is a living, evolving document.

Comment: Under the leadership of Pastor Jeremiah Wright, the Trinity United Church has been dedicated to what's called "Black Liberation Theology." There seems to be a lot of racism in BLT. (More. More.)

Comment: Such a comment reflects fundamental liberalism, but Powell claims he's a Republican. A label, however, doesn't change a vessel's contents. Powell makes liberal remarks because deep down inside he's a dyed-in-the-wool liberal.
