FBI Director Louis Freeh admitted to a U.S. Congressman that the Russians may still be maintaining secret weapons stockpiles throughout the United States. While traveling at 60 mph in heavy traffic on a Dallas, Texas four-lane highway Oct. 10, 1999, a car containing Judicial Watch Chairman Larry Klayman, President Tom Fitton and an assistant was cut off by a gray van, which left the scene of the accident without stopping. The car spun around 360 degrees through traffic, but fortunately no one was seriously injured. Klayman wondered if the incident was purely accidental.
